Yoga Instructor/Owner - Sheri Erwin
Sheri combines her knowledge of medicine with her love of yoga sharing her knowledge of alignment and body mechanics. She has worked in the health care field for 15+ years focusing on healthy living and illness prevention. She’s been a sports enthusiast her whole life, but was missing a holistic form of movement (and way of life) until she discovered yoga. Her classes are fun and playful with easy-to-follow instructions encouraging students of all levels to work deeply while honoring and working within their limitations.

Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. Yoga instructor guides you through important principles. Class is appropriate for all levels, class is 70 minutes.Students of all ages generally report higher levels of energy, decreased level of stress and anxiety, and an increased feeling of total well-being. This class will help detoxify the body by flushing the lymph glands and breathing fresh air into the lungs, as well as flushing the organs, and enhancing muscle and bone strength. Your body will increase in balance, agility and endurance.Students move through classes in sequences of postures and breathing that flow rhythmically creating calmness, peaceful mind and body, increase flexibility, body alignment, and joint mobility. Students will focus on breathing (pranayama) and body alignment with and without props (belts, blocks, blankets, and bolsters) to improve concentration, strength, mental clarity, and flexibility. We provide modification options so the postures to meet the needs of the individual student. This is often used in our restorative yoga classes.
Class Guidelines and what to Bring
- Please arrive early before class starts and give yourself time to register, sign in and pay for classes.
- Comfortable, non-restrictive workout clothing
- Please bring a yoga mat or mat rentals are available for $2/class
- Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.
- Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.
- Recommended to bring a large towel and full water bottle
- All instruction is a suggestion; nothing is a command. Rest as needed.

- Single Class Drop-In rate - $12.00
- 5 Lesson Card Prepaid - $45.00 ($9 per class) - Prepaid expires after 3 months from date purchase.

- Eye pillow $10 for savasana (total relaxation time at end of class and/or on the plane, at bedtime)
